Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

Cornmeal, for pan

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

8-ounce ball mozzarella, torn

1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500º F. Brush a large baking sheet with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a layer of cornmeal.

Combine melted butter, hot sauce and garlic powder. 

Pour half of the buffalo sauce over chicken and toss to coat.

On a lightly floured surface, shape dough into round disc and carefully transfer to prepared baking sheet

Add remaining buffalo sauce to the pizza and spread over dough leaving outer 1-inch bare. 

Add chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese and red onion.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes. 

Garnish with green onions.
