Halloween Template (we found ours at our local dollar store)
Bleach Diluted with water
Fill plastic spray bottle with half water and half bleach. Lie T-Shirt on a hard surface. Place Halloween template on T-Shirt wherever desired. Spray bleach water sparingly over template on T-Shirt until desired effect is achieved. WGW
