Scissors
Make the magic wand frame with the popsicle sticks and hot glue in your desired shape.
Cut the plastic wrap to match the shape of the wand. Do this twice to have a front and back.
Take your desired color tissue paper and tear into enough small pieces to fill the inside of the magic wand. Glue the plastic wrap to the front and the back of the wand, leaving a hole to stuff the shredded tissue paper into.
Stuff the wand with the shredded tissue paper. Seal the hole with glue.
