14 sheets white construction paper
14 craft sticks
Yellow, orange, white and black paint or markers
Paint brush (if using paint)
Twine or string
Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
School glue stick
Cut 14 candy corn shapes from the construction paper.
Paint each one to resemble candy corn.
Paint each letter of “Happy Halloween” on the 14 shapes.
Using the school glue stick, glue one craft stick vertically to the back of each shape for support.
Cut the twine or string to the length desired.
For each of the banners: using the hot glue gun, glue the twine to the back of each shape at the top, leaving a few inches of twine between each shape.
Hang banner where desired.
