2 cups canned chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Grease a ribbed baking sheet.
Drain chickpeas and pat dry with a paper towel while removing any skins that come off.
Gently toss chickpeas with oil, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Spread in an even layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown and crisp.
Shake pan every 10 minutes to get even browning
