Ingredients

2 bananas
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup frozen yogurt of choice
2 tablespoons toasted almond slices
1/4 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation

Mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Halve 4 bananas lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
Wrap bananas in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes. Top with frozen yogurt, toasted almonds and raspberries.
