Smoked Salmon Crostini

Servings: 6 to 8


1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 pound smoked salmon
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 tablespoon capers
1 sprig fresh dill


Toast bread slices in a toaster oven or regular oven at 400° F for about 5 minutes or until lightly crispy.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese over each slice. Top with about an ounce of smoked salmon.
Garnish with red onion, capers, fresh dill and a small lemon wedge slice.
